You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Scheduler Assistant will join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring that Elizabethtown Gas adheres to regulatory requirements and efficiently manages customer workload. This temporary position will provide vital administrative support to the team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 to 3 days on-site each week at the SJI Green Lane office. The position is initially a six-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
Ability to make outbound calls to customers and clearly communicate scheduling details.
Experience handling EMERGENCY calls.
The ability to remain calm clear and concise while addressing urgent customer concerns and providing necessary instructions in high-pressure situations.
Capability to stay composed and focused during emergencies managing both personal stress and handling customer emotions effectively to provide reassurance and solutions.
Ability to quickly assess emergency situations determine the best course of action and coordinate responses to resolve issues efficiently.
