What Youll Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Track sales KPIs and provide performance feedback
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends to refine sales approaches
- Oversee client relationships ensuring exceptional customer service and retention
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and delivery
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong background in B2B sales preferably in service or outsourcing industries
- Ability to work with remote sales teams and manage virtual performance
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Results-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced remote environment
