Responsibilities:
- Create & promote a culture of care and mindset of excellence in your team.
- Lead hold accountable and celebrate with your Team in achieving goals related to overall Guest satisfaction speed of service order accuracy food safety food & labor costs and morale.
- Engage develop & coach your Team to take initiative for their own growth as well as enable and assist them to be the best version of themselves.
- Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your Teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fast-paced challenging ever-changing environment.
- Display unwavering professionalism with Guests & Teammates as you showcase our business and the Chick-fil-A Brand to numerous Guests per day.
- Own results motivate yourself solve problems and demonstrate a make it better mindset that enables continuous improvement & a commitment to growth.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results a heart for service and extreme dependability. Previous coaching customer service project management or production experience is preferred. Previous restaurant experience is NOT required.
- - In this position you must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and holidays. You will be expected to be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
