Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on landlord-tenant or eviction litigation experience
- Familiarity with rent-controlled jurisdictions and trial work
- Active license to practice law in California
- Strong communication case management and client interaction skills
- Team-oriented dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of post-foreclosure and routine eviction matters
- Draft and review pleadings motions discovery and correspondence
- Conduct client consultations attend court and prepare for trial
- Collaborate with internal teams and support staff
- Occasionally oversee surplus funds cases
