The Bistro Kitchen Manager oversees the daily operations of the Courtyard Bistro kitchen ensuring consistent food quality cleanliness and compliance with Marriott brand standards. This hands-on leadership role involves preparing food managing kitchen inventory maintaining food safety and supervising kitchen staff to ensure an efficient and guest-focused operation. The Kitchen Manager plays a key role in upholding brand consistency while fostering a positive team-oriented environment.
The salary range for this position is $58000 to $63000 annually.
