What are we looking for
Education and Experience:
Level 1:

**Additionally it will pique our interest if you have experience working with Azure Active Directory Microsoft Identity Manager or Okta.
Competencies:
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Modern Authentication.
Microsoft Entra ID - General Management Application Registrations and Conditional Access.
Microsoft PowerShell - Moderate to High Skillset Including Building Scripts and Automation.
Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems Including Server Core
Knowledge of business A.I. Tools and/or Microsoft Copilots including prompt engineering adoption educational guidance and troubleshooting.
Additional beneficial knowledge sets:
Ability to:
Develop and implement IT solutions that span multiple technology stacks.
Work collaboratively in small teams to improve the operations of immediate work group by offering ideas identifying issues and respecting team members.
Provide a high level of customer service and staff training to meet customer service standards and expectations.
Resolve service issues in a timely fashion.
Assess architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Comfortable in performing demonstrations for customers and other Information Technology professionals.
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
Adapt to shifting business requirements.
Work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.
Develop innovative solutions to problems.
