Job Description
Are you a litigation attorney with a sharp mind and a passion for high-stakes personal injury cases Mission Recruiting is representing a premier boutique firm in Beverly Hills seeking a skilled attorney to join its team. This is a rare chance to manage complex personal injury litigationincluding cases involving amputation spinal cord and brain injuriesfrom intake to resolution.
The firm takes on only 510 major matters at a time. Attorneys are expected to engage in legal writing litigation strategy and client advocacy with minimal oversight. This is a role for serious litigators ready to contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft motions and perform legal writing and analysis
- Handle e-discovery and expert depositions
- Assist in litigation strategy and trial prep
- Communicate with clients and provide updates
- Contribute to the firms growth and succession plans
Qualifications:
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Ability to work collaboratively independently and efficiently
- Strong deposition and writing skills
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule
- No billable hour requirement
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $140000$200000 based on experience
- Origination bonuses from day one
