Whowe are looking for:

This role will be a key enabler to further detailing and executing Slates Program Management model by partnering cross functionally to define business processes and drive program excellence. You will be a primary enabler in creating a culture of transparency and accountability. The Technical Program Manager Lead (Enterprise Wide) is responsible for overseeing and driving large-scale cross-functional technical initiatives that impact the entire organization. This role ensures alignment between engineering IT digital and business teams and delivers programs on time within scope and on budget. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with exceptional program management and leadership skills.

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of enterprise-wide technical programs from concept to completion ensuring high-quality results that align with organizational goals.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all program-related activities effectively communicating status risks and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps timelines and milestones coordinating across multiple technical and non-technical teams.
  • Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving across teams ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and programs stay on track.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in program management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum SAFe) tailoring them as needed to fit the enterprise environment.
  • Proactively identify assess and mitigate program risks; escalate issues as necessary to leadership and propose solutions.
  • Align program execution with broader organizational strategies including digital transformation IT modernization and process standardization.
  • Mentor and coach program managers and project leads fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to understand requirements manage expectations and align technical deliverables with business priorities.
  • Oversee program financials including budgeting forecasting and resource allocation ensuring efficient use of resources across the organization.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management including at least 3 years managing large-scale cross-functional technical programs.
  • Proven experience working in enterprise environments with complex IT and digital ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Agile and/or hybrid program management methodologies.
  • PMP PgMP SAFe or similar certification is a plus.
