Objetivo del Puesto
Analizar datos de comportamiento del cliente y desarrollar segmentaciones modelos y estrategias de comunicacin personalizadas que permitan optimizar la experiencia incrementar la lealtad y detonar el valor del cliente. Este perfil combina habilidades tcnicas (data modelado automatizacin) con una visin de
negocio orientada a evolucionar hacia un rol ms estratgico en la toma de decisiones comerciales.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Disear y mantener segmentaciones de clientes basadas en comportamiento valor afinidad de productos riesgo entre otros.
- Extraer depurar y analizar bases de datos de clientes para generar insights accionables.
- Crear dashboards reportes y modelos que permitan identificar oportunidades comerciales tendencias y riesgos.
- Colaborar con reas de producto analytics y marketing para definir audiencias reglas de negocio y criterios de personalizacin.
- Evaluar y medir la efectividad de campaas de CRM: engagement conversin retencin up-sell y cross-sell.
- Participar en procesos de automatizacin configuracin de journeys y definicin de triggers con base en data.
- Proponer estrategias basadas en findings de data para influir en decisiones comerciales y de producto.
Qualifications :
Indispensables:
- Excel avanzado SQL intermedio o avanzado Python intermedio o avanzado.
- Experiencia con herramientas de visualizacin (Power BI Tableau Looker etc.).
- Conocimiento de customer analytics cohortes modelos RFM churn lifetime value.
- Manejo de plataformas CRM/CDP (ej. Salesforce Oracle Adobe Campaign SAP Emarsys).
- Capacidad para estructurar datos sintetizar insights y traducirlos en recomendaciones accionables.
- Ingls conversacional.
Deseables:
- Nociones de estadstica modelos predictivos o machine learning.
- Experiencia en empresas de retail fintech o productos financieros.
- Familiaridad con herramientas de ETL o Python/R para anlisis ms robustos.
- Mentalidad de producto / negocio y habilidades para evolucionar hacia roles de estrategia comercial.
