Title:Front Office Administrator
Reports to:Operations Manager
Classification: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt
Starting Pay:$33 per hour
Position Summary. We are seeking a warm organized and service-oriented Front Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of Jubilee Association of Maryland at its Montgomery Avenue Kensington Maryland office from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. As the first point of contact for clients staff families Academy learners and community members the Front Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience while supporting the daily operations of our team. The Front Office Administrator connects visitors and callers with Jubilees operations that includes (1) services for adults with disabilities throughout Montgomery County (2) an on-site Academy for direct support professionals and (3) two administrative office locations in Kensington. Strong customer service and communication skills empathy good judgment cultural competence and attention to detail are key to success. Regular responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors managing calls and inquiries coordinating schedules and offering general administrative support to staff and programs across the organization. Jubilee is growing and the Front Office Administrator is key to maintaining a consistent and positive experience for people engaging with Jubilee.

Qualifications.
Compensation. This position has a fixed starting pay of $33 per hour. All staff have opportunities for pay increases and promotions. The median income for full-time Jubilee employees is $66000 per year.

Candidates should live within commuting distance of our Kensington MD office.This position is fully in-person at Jubilees Montgomery Avenue office in Kensington and does not offer remote work options.
