Job Description
As a Service Call Center Associate at McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati OH you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers with vehicle service inquiries you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers.
JOB TITLE: Service Call Center Associate
REPORTS TO:Call Center Manager
LOCATION: Cincinnati OH
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm and Saturday: 9am-4pm
A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and efficiently
- Answer and promptly respond to all incoming emails and virtual messages
- Schedule Service Appointments
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers
- Performing other tasks as requested by supervisor
- Consistently communicate to Service Advisors customer questions and requests
- Assisting customers in obtaining a McCluskey Chevrolet loaner vehicle.
WERE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service or call center experience(preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency(typing email navigating systems)
- Familiarity with CRM or call center software (E.G. Tekion or CDK)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Calm under pressure and conflict resolution skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
