Position Overview:
MFE Inspection Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join our Corpus Christi branch. Candidates being considered for this role will possess strong technical acumen in electronics diagnostics and repair with superior communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
This position requires a balance of hands-on repair expertise service documentation accuracy and the ability to contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate for this position will contribute a background knowledge in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Remote Visual Inspection RVI and Unmanned Systems (sUAS/UAV) or experience within the Environmental industry.
Responsibilities not limited to:
Equipment Inventory
- Accurately adjust inventory and tracking system records for materials received stored equipment and accessories and issued using inventory systems
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of materials received and shipped stored equipment and accessories along with proper documentation for external repairs utilizing inventory systems and methods.
- Manage and maintain accurate records accountability of equipment and accessories through documentation reports and inventory tracking system.
- Receive inspect clean and properly restock returned rental equipment.
- Store goods accessories and equipment in designated location areas organizing items by type SKU and In-service date
Shipping and Receiving
- Research inspect and verify incoming/ returned equipment shipments against purchase orders conditions and invoices.
- Prepare and fulfill outgoing equipment work orders with required accessories and proper documentation.
- Routinely inspect all equipment and stored materials for damages or discrepancies and promptly report variances to the Branch Unit Manager.
- Partner with the Regional Account Manager to properly report missing or damaged equipment materials or items to the Branch Unit Manager.
Conduct Audits
- Perform cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Reconcile stock levels with inventory and tracking system data; document and investigate and report discrepancies to the Branch Unit Manager
- Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager to consistently maintain ownership and responsibility for continuous improvement initiatives
Safety and Compliance
- Follow safety protocols secure all access points and ensure compliance with SOPs GMP HSE standards.
- Ensure compliance with dress code and operational standards
Customer Support
- Handle inquiries regarding equipment rental invoicing questions orders repairs and service status.
- Reinforce customer awareness of equipment and materials to validate equipment condition and confirm parameters of the signed contract.
- Coordinate demonstrations and schedule delivery or pickup of equipment as needed.
Teamwork
- Work with the Regional Account Manager to communicate all necessary information to the Branch Unit Manager vendors customers and internal teams
- Escalate any shipment issues or inventory variances to the Branch Unit Manager
- Demonstrate consistent teamwork and partner with the Regional Account Manager to maintain a tidy warehouse environment that remains clean and organized: sweep floors dispose of packing materials and maintain standards.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned and appropriate for the office location
Equipment Calibration
- This position requires a balance of hands-on repair expertise service documentation accuracy and the ability to contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- Possessing technical skills and equipment knowledge of NDT RVI ENV and sUAS or UAV is a highly preferred.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Occasional movement of objects up to 20 lbs in all directions.
- Occasional repetitive motion with hands/wrists in an office or workshop setting.
- Must be able to assess accuracy neatness and thoroughness in work.
- Work primarily occurs in an indoor warehouse/office environment with minimalexposure to outdoor elements or hazardous materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills organizational and time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office NetSuite or similar software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills astute attention to detail and the ability to effectively work in a team environment is a must
