What You Bring:
- A comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) products carriers and pre-underwriting knowledge
- Highly responsive and proactive skills in handling inbound calls and appointments
- The ability to effectively guide prospective clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs
- The drive to be proactive and assertive especially between calls and appointments by reaching out to prospective clients who have requested quotes
- Strong communication and responsiveness in following up on requests for information or quotes
Proven ability to multitask effectively managing inbound calls scheduling appointments responding to urgent requests handling text messages and managing emails efficiently
