Qualifications for this Career Opportunity
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws pertaining to Child Support Services.
- Training and development skills including presenting interactive training.
- Ability to oversee and monitor compliance with programs and procedures.
- Ability to coordinate training development and implementation improvement of training and staff development.
- Meet minimum qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business human services with a concentration or a closely related field of study.
- Three years of management and/or training experience.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Information
This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1 2025 and July 1 2026.
The primary location for this position is Helena and is open to other locations contingent on available workspace. Specific conditions will be provided by the supervisor and must adhere to state and DPHHS policies.

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Child Support Services Division.
CSSD mission is to improve economic stability of families through the establishment and enforcement of parental obligations. This position provides direct management of training development including but not limited to curriculum development conducting trainings and evaluating results. This position recommends courses of action weighs effectiveness and suggests training changes to direct supervisor. This position directly supervises 3 staff.
