Job Description
Our Sea Mountain Resort is seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our amazing team on a part-time basis! As a key member of the Resorts Operations Team the Laundry Attendant is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the laundry operations at the resort.
As a Laundry Attendant you will:
- Sort pre-treat and separate laundry by category for assembly
- Separate linens into assigned bins and by linen type.
- Fold laundry items by handsuch as sheets pillowcases washcloths towels blankets and bedspreads. Place all folded linens on shelf in proper order and category.
- Fold all the blankets duvets and mattress pads by sizes and place on shelf.
- When processing linen remove stained and damaged linen to the designated area.
- Clean work area daily including cleaning of washers and dryers.
- Remove linen from washers and dryers daily.
- Meet all established productivity requirements for processing linens.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- One year of laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
- High school diploma GED or equivalent required
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with owners and staff members.
- Must be able to regularly lift pull push and or/move up to 50 pounds.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
