Location: Farleigh Golf Club Warlingham Surrey
Type: Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing excellent customer service to members and guests offering assistance with golf bookings equipment rentals and other inquiries
• Ensure the golf shop and surrounding areas are clean organized and well-maintained at all times
• Assist with the set-up and coordination of golf events tournaments and outings
• Maintain golf carts driving range and practice areas to ensure they are in optimal condition for use
• Monitor pace of play on the golf course and assist in coordinating tee times to ensure an enjoyable experience for all golfers
• Promote golf memberships packages and services to guests and assist with membership inquiries and sign-ups

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
• Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
