Fixed Operations Manager
As a Fixed Operations Manager at Dent Wizard International you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented Wheel Remanufacturing Technicians and provide world-class service to our customers. Working as part of a team you will help us grow to be even better. We are hiring in Tulsa OK. for a results-driven leader with operational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure five-star customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot critical issues and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate supplies and parts ordering.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and operations management experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Starting base salary: $60000 - $75000 per year.
- Additional commission or bonus opportunities may apply.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision and 401k match.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic starting base salary is expected to be between$50000 and $60000 total compensation package may also include commission or offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).

The starting compensation is expected to be:
