Maven is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate Proposals & Solution Support to support our growth efforts by contributing to the creation and delivery of high-quality compelling proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Requests for Information (RFIs) and other related documents. This role sits within Mavens Client Operations team and is ideal for someone with 24 years of experience in a similar role with strong writing project coordination and communication skills.

As the Senior Associate Proposals & Solution Support you will:

• Analyze RFP requirements timelines and deliverables to ensure full compliance and timely submissions.
• Coordinate the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process across various teams and functions at Maven from intake through response assignment population and ticket tracking periodic check-ins quality assurance and submission.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) sales and marketing teams legal and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure accurate tailored responses.
• Maintain and update a library of standard RFP responses case studies reporting samples and other reusable content.
• Proofread format and ensure consistency of proposal documents.
• Assist in post-submission debriefs and content improvement initiatives.
• Support client and benefit operations activities and processes when there is a lighter volume of RFPs such as maintenance of content libraries tools and resources leveraged by Mavens commercial teams as well as benefits documentation generation and QA

Were looking for you to bring:

• 24 years of experience in a proposals RFP sales support marketing or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tailor messaging to specific client needs.
• Experience with both proposal management tools (e.g. RFPIO Loopio) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $85000 - $100000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role experience level and skillset.

Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. This role is open to candidates based in the New York Metropolitan area or remote from within the US. For those in our New York City office we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday). This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
