AtBambini Montessori Academy we believe every team member plays a vital role in creating a warm supportive and inspiring space for children families and staff. As ourAdmin youll be the go-to person keeping everything running smoothly from warm parent greetings and school tours to behind-the-scenes organization magic. If you love juggling tasks building connections and making a real impact this is the job for you!
What Youll Do:
Be the friendly face and first point of contact for families visitors and staff
Keep our office running like a well-oiled machine answering phones emails managing records and more
Assist with student enrollment registrations and essential paperwork
Coordinate communication between parents and staff to ensure everyones on the same page
Support teachers and classrooms when needed to keep the learning energy high
Manage staff leave requests and daily schedules
Prepare classroom materials supply/food orders and oversee opening/closing center duties
Submit attendance to various scholarship systems
And moreyoure the admin MVP after all!
What You Bring:
AA in Early Childhood Education or Bachelors in Human Resources/Administration
90-hour preschool and infant/toddler certifications
Previous admin experience ideally in a school or childcare setting
Strong organization and multitasking superpowers
Stellar communication and people skills
Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office
Discreet professional and always ready with a smile
A love for children and a can-do attitude!
Job Type:Full-Time (40 hours/week)
