Job Opening: Service Sales Lead
Our client a design-build and engineering services company offers a comprehensive range of services that include pre-construction detailing BIM VDC special projects plumbing & pipefitting installation HVAC and fabrication. They are currently looking for a dynamic Service Sales Lead to introduce their services and write proposals for maintenance contracts. This role is critical in maintaining client relationships and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify pre-qualify and reach out to non-contract customers to introduce the services provided
- Write proposals and contracts for maintenance services
- Obtain technical information to discuss HVAC/Plumbing equipment and their maintenance requirements with clients
- Prepare estimates for maintenance contracts using the appropriate software and internal resources
- Prospect cold-call and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Follow up on sales leads and lists generated by management and other sources
- Maintain client relationships and regularly check in with current maintenance clients
- Assist in developing sales processes and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing and sales of Service related to technical products and/or systems
- Experience in the mechanical industry is a plus!
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to prospect and network to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Self-discipline to maintain a steady strong work ethic in a flexible work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
