Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Youll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives.

As an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) professional youll focus on enhancing our clients work and asset management capabilities. Youll collaborate with high-performing teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service ensuring better working assets.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis you will manage and deliver high-quality processes solutions or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement innovation and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging lead delivery streams manage projects and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs.

As a Manager you will manage and deliver client engagements often interacting at an executive level. You will also engage in sales and practice development activities increasing value and efficiency. Youll mentor and coach team members fostering an inclusive culture and high-performing teams.

• Provide Maximo/Maximo Application Suite (MAS) consulting services to EAM clients.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Engineering Marketing Economics Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and four years of related work experience.
• Minimum of four years of experience delivering Maximo/MAS consulting services to EAM clients.
• Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics.
• Flexibility to work across consulting services if needed.
• Willingness to manage significant travel depending on the time of year. Must have a valid drivers license.

Ideally youll also have

• Utility experience is a major plus.
• Experience with Schedule Dispatch and Mobile Services.
• Experience configuring and understanding compatible units.
• Masters degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with SAP EAM Infor EAM and/or Oracle products.
• EAM Configuration tools experience is desired.
