Job Description
Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a motivated Engineer IV with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to support technical development integration and/or testing efforts across a range of projects. This role requires a self-starter with strong technical depth attention to detail and the ability to lead or support multidisciplinary engineering tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead or contribute to the design development integration and testing of engineering solutions.
- Interpret and apply engineering principles to analyze technical challenges and develop efficient solutions.
- Support system architecture development and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams program managers and customers.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation including specifications requirements and technical plans.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight on assigned tasks.
- Ensure all work aligns with company processes and contractual requirements.
- Preforms other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals including requirements management integration and testing.
- Experience with system architecture design hardware/software interface definition and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contracting requirements.
- Active Secret clearancewith the ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI clearance(U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to20%.
- Masters degree in a related field.
- Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T NMT).
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB STK SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or aerospace/defense contracts.
- Salary Range: $110000.00-$135000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
