OVERVIEW Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a motivated Engineer IV with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to support technical development integration and/or testing efforts across a range of projects. This role requires a self-starter with strong technical depth attention to detail and the ability to lead or support multidisciplinary engineering tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead or contribute to the design development integration and testing of engineering solutions.
Interpret and apply engineering principles to analyze technical challenges and develop efficient solutions.
Support system architecture development and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams program managers and customers.
Prepare and review engineering documentation including specifications requirements and technical plans.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight on assigned tasks.
Ensure all work aligns with company processes and contractual requirements.
Preforms other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals including requirements management integration and testing.
Experience with system architecture design hardware/software interface definition and technical documentation.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contracting requirements.
Active Secret clearancewith the ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI clearance(U.S. citizenship required).
Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to20%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters degree in a related field.
Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T NMT).
Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB STK SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
Prior experience supporting DoD or aerospace/defense contracts.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range: $110000.00-$135000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
