In this role you will focus primarily on upselling activities (70%) to existing customers while also contributing to acquiring new customers (30%) across the UK region. You will act as the main point of contact for non key-account customers with intensive phone/email engagement to drive sales and revenue. Your role will involve proactively managing customer relationships identifying opportunities to expand sales with existing customers and introducing the full Prftechnik portfolio to new customers. You will be responsible for qualifying leads motivating customers to place orders and meeting sales targets through proactive upselling cross-selling and customer expansion strategies. Fluency in English is required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Upselling to Prftechnik Install Base (70%):
- -Proactively engage with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling Prftechnik products and services.
- Manage and renew recurring Product Support Agreements ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with opportunity contacts to drive bookings and revenue growth.
New Logo Acquisition (30%):
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting cold calling email campaigns and social selling.
- Research and identify potential customers in target industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Process and follow up on marketing and sales-qualified leads.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with Field Sales Key Account Management for upselling strategies.
- Manage the inquiries inbox and provide sales reports.
- Supporting field sales with Preparing and processing quotations for transactional business for Key Accounts
Customer Engagement & Coordination:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries.
- Coordinate sales events and record feedback.
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with Order Management for smooth processing.
- Monitor hardware backlogs and update customers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering Business or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in inside sales sales or telesales.
- Strong customer focus with upselling and account management skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Oracle.
- High energy self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
