We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.
Role Overview:
As a Disability Support Worker you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals. Due to the nature of the house dementia experience is highly regarded. This is a 24/7 house so availability is important.
This role is a permanent-part time opportunity for a minimum of 45 hours per fortnight. The roster will be mixed with sleepover shifts (approximately 2-3 nights per week) as well asday shifts. Personal care is required and flexibility in working varying shifts is essential.Full availability is highly regarded as this is a critical role in supporting individuals on a continuous basis.

Requirements:
Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
Availability for mixed shifts including sleepovers
A current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
Dementia experience is highly regarded due to the nature of the house
Personal care is required
