Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our Rheumatology team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary patient care perform assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical skills excellent communication abilities and a commitment to patient-centered care. Prior experience in Rheumatology is preferred.

Physical Demands:
Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for prolonged periods of time. Requires normal visual acuity and hearing. Requires exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids. Requires working under stress in emergency situations or during irregular hours.
Typical Work Conditions:
Work is performed in an outpatient setting. Involves frequent contact with sick patients.

Qualifications:
Board Certified Physician Assistant and State licensure.
Certification in BLS.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
Education and Experience
Graduated from a certified Physician Assistant program which entails training as well as practice in the above-mentioned duties.
Prefer previous Rheumatology experience providing medical care within a clinical environment.
