The opportunity
Join our Brand Marketing & Communication department as a Knowledge Management Specialist within our Bucharest office. Youll work as part of high-performing team on a broad range of clients and assignments that will stretch and challenge you. Youll be encouraged and expected to take accountability and make an impact.

Your key responsibilities
- Collecting data and consolidating information into actionable items reports and presentations;
- Understanding business objectives and designing surveys;
- Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it;
- Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility providing support maintaining communication and updating team members on progress;
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders;
- Build strong internal relationships within EY and with other services across the organization.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong writing an analytical skills;
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking;
To qualify for the role you must have
- Proven market research analysis experience would pe a plus;
- BS degree in Statistics Marketing or related field.
- Excellent proven communication skills both oral and in writing in English and Romanian;
- Excellent abilities in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Word Excel);
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls focus groups surveys etc);
