Client Executive - Insurance

In this role of Client Executive you will be responsible for the management of a client successful candidate will provide excellent client service to drive revenue retention and will be responsible for managing all service components for the client including insurance placement and expanded coverage development. This role is responsible to service large and complex accounts across various industries or specialties with specific focus on multinational placement.

We will count on you to:
- Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage and analyze the risk to determine the product/service requirements
- Implement and maintain a quality service plan including ensuring the accuracy of binders policies and other relevant documents;
- Contribute to placement strategy
- Negotiate complex insurance programs with underwriters when required
- Advise clients on coverage issues
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients;
- Manage timely billing/collection for each client;
- Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities;
- Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-frontresources for each client/prospect;
- Work to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing and address escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner in order to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction.
- Participate in professional development activities/courses;
- Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients.
- Effectively manage and retain renewal business.
What you need to have:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial insurance.
- RIBO License required and the ability to obtain non-resident broker licenses (AMF) in other provinces/territories within three months of hire.
