About the Role:
As a Travel Agent youll be the go-to expert for customers planning their transportation needs. With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail youll help ensure every client has a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients select and reserve the most suitable rental car for their travel plans
- Offer personalized advice on vehicle types rental packages and optional services
- Engage with customers via phone email and chat delivering friendly and professional assistance
- Manage changes cancellations and any issues that may arise with care and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on company policies promotions and industry developments
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings to support top-tier service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Swedish (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Bulgarian residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
