Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of themed indoor activity centres in Singapore are seeking a creative and energetic Activity Crew Park Operations to enhance the park experience through dynamic event coordination and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high standards of operational excellence
- Prioritize safety while engaging guests in a variety of activities programs and learning journeys
- Interact proactively with guests addressing inquiries and resolving concerns across various channels (in-person mobile or digital)
- Propose review and implement enhancements to the parks offerings and guest experiences
- Support team leaders in staff training and team development
- Oversee and manage the operations of specific attractions or rides
- Perform housekeeping tasks ensuring cleanliness of guest and crew areas conducting safety inspections per SOPs and maintaining the overall ambience of the park
- Take on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Willingness to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly approachable and courteous demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in mascot performance is a plus
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Additional language skills are a bonus
- Experience in retail attractions child-focused environments or performing arts is advantageous
