What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading by example on the floor youre the face of the restaurant setting the tone and making guests feel at home
- Creating a great team vibe recruiting training and motivating a passionate bunch of hospitality pros
- Working closely with the Executive Chef to make service seamless and smooth
- Keeping an eye on the numbers and helping the F&B Manager hit targets without compromising the experience
- Being the kind of manager people look up to want to work with and learn from
Youll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
- A natural host confident warm and quick to make people smile
- Experienced in running a busy restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (ideally 4- or 5-star)
- Calm under pressure with a good head for numbers and team dynamics
- Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details that turn a good meal into a great memory
