Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform physicochemical and microbiological analytical controls.
  • Approve product release ensuring compliance with microbiological and physicochemical specifications.
  • Calibrate laboratory instruments.
  • Verify the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection processes.
  • Support claim management processes.
  • Assist in handling non-conformities.
  • Contribute to the execution and monitoring of hygiene and traceability prerequisite records.
  • Comply with and enforce Food Defense requirements.

Who Are We Looking For

The ideal candidate has a positive mindset a proactive attitude and is motivated to work closely with production teams supporting smooth operations. You enjoy conducting laboratory analyses and are adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic work environment. Most importantly we value a good fit over meeting every qualification.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Education: Technical degree in Chemistry Biology or Food Industry with additional training in Quality Control and Quality Assurance being an asset.
  • Training in:
    • Analytical methods and GLP.
    • Food Defense.
    • Food fraud.
    • RPHT HACCP.
  • Languages: Intermediate to advanced level of English.
  • Professional Experience: 2 years in a similar position.
  • Availability: Ability to work shifts.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in standard software tools.
