Position Overview
The Success Manager is a newly created position in the Fujifilm Business Innovation Division (BID) that will oversee the experience for customers and sales staff at the Graphic Innovation Hub (GIH). Located in our North America headquarters the GIH is a 24000 sq/ft innovation and technology center filled with Fujifilms industry leading solutions for inkjet toner wide format and packaging print. Every day we host customers from across North America so they see learn and experience how Fujifilm innovations can transform their business.
As the Success Manager you will work together with the GIH Technical Manager the product demonstration team marketing team and the sales team to plan and execute a truly exceptional experience for customers. Product demonstrations are a key part of the buying journey and sales experience for customers. Our demo center hosts more than 150 demos per year ranging from 1:1 in person tours to large scale VIP events.
