Clinical Customer Service Representative
Full Time Rotating shift 40 hours
The Clinical Customer Service Representativeworks as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients families visitors and members of the health care team. This is a fast-paced position that requires professional friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. The ideal candidate will possess the highest level of Customer Service skills knowledge of information & computer systems the ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff all in the effort to meet the needs of the unit department in accordance to Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures.
The Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CVPCU)is a 32-bed adult inpatient surgical unit. The unit offers 3 levels of care: floortelemetry and intermediate care for acute cardiac vascular and other surgical patients requiring cardiac monitoring. Care and services provided: coronary artery bypass Heartmate II or III & Heartware mechanical circulatory support devices valve replacement or repairs Type A & B aortic dissections fem-pop bypass scalenectomy TAVR heart or lung transplantation.

Salary Range: Minimum$17.28/hour - Maximum$20.06/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
