Join Our Team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician!

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands takes pride in a job well done and likes a bit of variety in your day Were looking for aFacilities Maintenance Technicianto help keep our Boys & Girls Clubs running smoothlyinside and out.
This is aflexible hands-on roleperfect for someone who values independence enjoys both indoor and outdoor work and wants to be part of a mission-driven team.
What Youll Do:
Youll be the go-to person for keeping our facility safe clean and in great shape. Your day might include:
- Light Maintenance:Fixing assembling painting and repairing furniture equipment and fixtures using basic tools.
- Cleaning & Upkeep:Daily and deep cleaning of floors bathrooms windows and more to keep our space sparkling.
- Outdoor Work:Lawn care snow removal and helping with outdoor projects.
- Safety Checks:Ensuring the building is secure safe and ready for kids and staff.
- Team Support:Helping with event setups moving furniture and assisting staff with special requests.
This role is50% maintenance and 50% cleaning with plenty of variety to keep things interesting.
What Were Looking For:
- A dependable self-motivated worker who takes pride in their work.
- Someone comfortable with physical tasks like lifting (up to 50 lbs) climbing ladders and working in all weather conditions.
- A team player who communicates well and is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (bonus if youve done maintenance landscaping or custodial work before).
- A valid drivers license is required.

Physical Requirements:
This is an active role that involves standing walking lifting and using tools. Youll need to be comfortable working in a variety of conditions and able to follow safety procedures at all times.
