You will analyse client needs implement software solutions and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes improve operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

Senior Associate
Key Responsibilities
Manage the installation configuration and maintenance of Redwood solutions in an SAP landscape / ecosystem.
Monitor job performance troubleshoot failures and implement corrective actions to ensure scheduling jobs run smoothly.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in user access configuration management and job scheduling
Create and maintain documentation related to configurations processes and troubleshooting guides
Stay updated on new features and best practices within Redwood applications to provide insights and recommendations for enhancements
Qualifications
4 years of hands-on experience as a Redwood Administrator or a similar role.
Strong understanding of workload automation job scheduling concepts and Redwood tools specifically RunMyJobs.
Experience with integrations between Redwood and various applications such as SAP systems databases and cloud services.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
