Operations and Project Support Administrator

G4S is looking for an Operations and Project Support Administrtor to join our team in Belfast the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for engineering planning and commercial administration for the M&E Fire & Security team whilst providing support to the Regional Installation Managers and Project Engineers.

What you will be doing

• Managing Engineers diary and work allocation
• Booking of all travel flights and accommodation
• Producing commissioning certificates
• Producing NSI certification
• Producing O&M Manuals
• Placing orders for equipment and subcontract labour
• Processing Ordering & Invoicing IOM and GIB equipmentorders
• Internal commercial handover process
• Providing Support with Monthly Payment Applications
• Providing support with monthly invoicing
