The Opportunity

We are now seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our Equity and Employment tax team Join where youll dive into exciting projects from day one. We are looking for someone who is ready to think differently build strong client relationships and grow with us. This is more than just taxits about shaping how people work globally.

What Youll Do

Work closely with clients to solve real business challenges.
Deliver top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence.
Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects.
Help drive business growth by managing client relationships.
Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards.
Mentor and support junior team members.

Who You Are

Experienced Employment Tax Advisor.
Experience in Global Mobility payroll would be an advantage.
A proactive energetic and forward-thinking mindset.
Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
Technical expertise with a drive to keep learning.
Solid project management skillsmeeting deadlines is your thing.
Relevant qualifications (ATT ACA CA ACCA or CTA).
Risk-awareness and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
A knack for problem-solving and clear communication.
Background in professional services (a plus but not essential!)
