Job Summary
Our Project Management Construction Management sector is seeking a Summer High School Student to join our team in our Chicago IL officeResponsibilities & Qualifications
What You Will Do
Observe and shadow professionals in different departments to gain insight into their roles and responsibilities
Participate in training sessions workshops or seminars designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in relevant areas
Take on special projects or initiatives as assigned by supervisors or mentors. This could involve working independently or in collaboration with other interns or staff members.
Participate in Thrive activities

What You Bring to the Team
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment
Strong commitment to integrity consistently demonstrating ethical fair and responsible behavior
Commitment to innovation and continuous learning with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements
