Role Overview:
As a B2B Outside Sales Representative youll be out in your community building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offering them personalized Energy Services that make a difference. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Begin the day with a team meeting to celebrate successes strategize and plan and receive ongoing training and support
Build relationships and meet face-to-face with small to midsize businesses through B2B sales (youll be out in the field - no cubicles here!)
Help companies find smart solutions and offer energy services tailored to each clients needs
Manage a sales pipeline and client data through our customized CRM system ensuring a smooth process from prospecting to close
Grow your confidence your skills and your paycheck
