This is a PRN position and will primarily support Suburban Hospital but will also support Sibley Memorial Hospital and Howard County Medical Center as well. Initially we are seeking fulltime hours for the first few months and then at least once a week or more due to volume.
Suburban Hospital is a 228-bed not-for-profit community-based hospital in Bethesda Maryland. Suburban Hospital is a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine and has served Montgomery County and the surrounding area for more than 65 years. The Nurse Practitioner will plan direct and evaluate employee health care in Employee Occupational Health services; examine employees to determine their ability to perform the essential functions of their job; performs selected laboratory testing; offer referrals to physicians write prescriptions and perform office procedures within the scope of expertise protocols and available equipment. Provides patient centered specialized evidence based advanced practice nursing care to workers in a health care setting through an inter-professional approach to treatment education and advocacy.

Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in an Occupational Medicine Emergency Department Outpatient or Urgent Care setting
Education:
Salary Range: Minimum$53.15/hour - Maximum$82.38/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
