Youll need excellent communication patience and the ability to build trust with pupils who may struggle to engage.

Behavioural Support Assistant Salary and Contract Info

  • 450 per week pro rata to term time only
  • Contract: Full-time long-term (SeptemberJuly) term-time only
  • Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts for high-performing staff
