What will you do

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more but we can discuss those in person.

• Develop and maintain financial models for use in evaluating potential investments using Argus Enterprise and Excel;
• Participate in investment meetings tracking and reporting on investment pipeline activities;
• Build and manage transaction databases for industrial assets across all of our active markets;
• Support the team through the deal execution and due diligence process.
• Conduct industry research and assist in preparation of memos presentations and reports for management as required;

What type of experience do you have

In addition to being an assertive self-starter and strong communicator with a positive attitude you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration.

The following are the keys to your success with us:

• You have strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior relevant work or extra-curricular experience in real estate finance or investments would be a plus
• You have a strong work ethic high level of attention to detail and desire to consistently over-deliver
• You work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
