TITLE: FACILITY TEAM III REPORTS TO:FACILITY MANAGER Non-Exempt/Hourly PURPOSE: The Facility Team III staff will be responsible for all Facility Team I Facility Team II staff tasks and skilled maintenance of church facilities and equipment. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: The Facilities Team III is directly accountable for following all official and functional procedures and policies of Christian Life Center and is expected to engage in cooperative actions and relationships with the staff and congregation. On occasion you may not agree with the philosophy or procedure used but loyalty and support of the Lead Pastor and the rest of the staff is essential. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian lifestyle and to CLCs Excellence in Ministry values Attends weekly service and is actively involved in serving opportunities at CLC Genuine caring for the congregation staff and guests Exhibit a whatever it takes attitude Evidence of pride in our building and be detail oriented High School Diploma or G.E.D Lead and work with volunteer work teams Ability to meet all Facility Team I and II staff job responsibilities plus have a safe working knowledge of power tools hand tools wood working equipment and power lifts Ability to oversee large group events JOB RESONSIBILITIES: All Facility Team I and II staff job requirements Care for HVAC system Replace lighting fixtures Maintain heating and cooling equipment Maintaining all equipment hardware and furniture repair Roof repairs Change filters and ceiling tiles General building projects General electrical plumbing and carpentry repairs Repair drywall Other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
