The opportunity

This is a contractual opportunity for a skilled professional to join a team in Riyadh City for a 12-month contract. The role is pivotal in driving transformation initiatives within a government entity engaging with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and support. The successful candidate will manage governance processes produce high-quality deliverables for senior leadership and oversee project progress. If you have a strong background in project management IT governance and experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems this position offers a chance to contribute to impactful transformation efforts.

Your key responsibilities

  • Engage and collaborate with various ERP stakeholders within the government entity and other government entities to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives
  • Produce high-quality deliverables and presentations tailored for senior leadership within the government entity ensuring clarity and relevance to strategic objectives
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end governance processes for the transformation program ensuring compliance with established frameworks and best practices
  • Produce and manage regular reports that provide insights into project/program progress risks and governance metrics facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the escalation process for issues and risks ensuring timely resolution and effective communication to stakeholders regarding critical matters.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Ideally you will have experience in Project Management Governance and Reporting.
  • You will also have experience in IT and Digital Governance.
  • You should possess project management experience along with technical expertise in Oracle ERP or similar technology systems implementation.
  • You will have proven experience in building frameworks process development and strategy management processes.
  • Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT projects will be highly beneficial.
  • You should hold ITIL COBIT or any other IT governance certification.
