EY-Cyber Security-IAMActive Directory Manager
As part of our EY-cyber security team you would become a part of Identity & Access Management team where you will play a pivotal role in developing the strategy for evolving the Identity & Access Management team.
As a Manager within our Cyber Security team you will be able to participate in Global projects assigned to IAM domain supporting various sectors and regions. We are looking for an Active Directory Manager with demonstrated experience in developing strategies and implementing solutions to provide strategic vision and leadership in planning implementing and managing Active Directory and Azure Cloud solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
The opportunity
Were looking for a professional who will showcase a strong command of Azure Cloud services particularly in managing Entra (formerly Azure AD) Entra AD Connect (formerly Azure AD Connect) and other identity-related components. Proficiency in Azure security compliance and governance is essential. To lead and contribute to projects related to Active Directory and Azure Cloud including upgrades migrations and deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with product engineering teams. To possess a deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing and administering Active Directory services including user and group management policies object/tree management backup/restore procedures and server migrations.
Your key responsibilities
- Engage and contribute to the Identity & Access Management projects
- Must have good experience in handling escalated issue and providing RCA.
- Experienced in AD server migration deployment and DC promotion.
- Knowledge on AD migrations from one domain to another domain
- Good verbal & written communication technical document writing
- Awareness of security standards such as NIST and CIS
- Must have knowledge on AD Core Servers handling through command lines.
- Must have hands-on experience on managing Azure AD connect server synchronization.
- Experience on handling synchronization issues on Azure AD Connect and troubleshoot.
- Experience on Designing and implementing AD domain and Azure AD cloud architecture.
- Implementation experience of IAM services at a large scale organization
- At least 5 to 6-year experience as a solution architect
- Preparing Operational Manual Procedure Documents & Design Documents
- Understands concepts of Authentication Authorization Provisioning Identity and Access Management
- Implement and manage the effectiveness of Incident Service Request Change and Problem management processes for the service area.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and suggest solutions to avoid errors.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in support customization configuration and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
- Assist stakeholder teams as required coordinate with product engineering team.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging research and investigation.
- Perform systems analysis and tuning to insure optimal infrastructure response
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) facilitation relationship-building presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible adaptable and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Also collaborate with other EY team members to assist in development of new solutions which solve business challenges facing the customers and industries we service. Will be expected to participate in team building events and develop internal team and client relationships. Any non-client time will be spent on personal investment internal initiatives and administrative tasks.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor or masters degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of experience implementing IAM projects (Active Directory and Azure AD) and migration.
- Strong command on verbal and written English language.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
