Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across the information technology category. This role will be responsible for vendor selection contract negotiations cost optimization and ensuring alignment with organizational IT and procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of IT categories (software hardware cloud infrastructure services) excellent negotiation skills and a strong ability to manage internal stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IT sourcing initiatives including market analysis RFP/RFI processes vendor evaluation and contract execution.
Assist with the development and execution of category strategies for IT procurement focusing on cost reduction risk mitigation and value generation.
Negotiate both mid and high- spend and complexity contracts with IT vendors for the Tokio Marine International branch as well as assist the IT Category Manager with negotiation of enterprise level contracts (e.g. Microsoft ServiceNow; Workday AWS Dell) ensuring favourable terms.
Partner with IT Legal and Security teams to align sourcing activities with enterprise technology goals and regulatory requirements.
Analyse and report on spending trends cost drivers and savings opportunities across IT spend categories.
Establish and manage strong vendor relationships including performance reviews SLAs and renewal strategies.
Support vendor risk management ensuring suppliers meet SLAs as well as cybersecurity data privacy and compliance standards.
Skills and Experience Specification:
Essential:
Minimum 5-7 years of IT procurement or sourcing experience with a strong track record in enterprise-level negotiations.
In-depth knowledge of IT categories including software licensing SaaS cloud infrastructure telecom and IT services.
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Strong contract knowledge and experience working with legal teams on terms and conditions.
Exceptional negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
A bachelors degree
Procurement related certification/training (e.g: negotiation training completed; CIPS etc.)
Experience in global sourcing and working with cross-functional cross-regional teams is a plus.
