Job Description
Overview
Join our clients team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician in Alexandria LA. This role involves providing patient care participating in on-call duties and collaborating with a supportive team. Ideal candidates are board certified with excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care to patients
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and OB Hospitalists for call coverage
- Manage OB clinic with 18-30 patients on clinic days
- Supervise Level III NICU
- Work schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday; 8am - 12pm Friday
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Gynecology
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Perinatology
- Valid Board Certified
- Doctorate degree
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in Louisiana (LA)
