Job Description
Want to create content for a Gen-Z social network and learn by doing
baesh is a Gen-Z social platform connecting people in real life through events communities and shared interest1s.
As a Content & Media Intern youll work in a startup environment develop valuable skills in content creation social media strategy and visual storytelling and take ownership of projects that drive real engagement and growth.
This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) for students.
The position is unpaid but offers real startup experience networking opportunities and the chance to take ownership of exciting projects.
Location: Berlin-based (mostly remote some in-person meetings/events).
Start Date: As required by the university
Tasks
Create Content That Connects:
- Help create engaging video/photo content for TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Film cool locations around Berlin and capture the citys vibe.
- Record content about baesh (comfortable being on camera).
- Learn to edit content using mobile apps to match baeshs aesthetic.
- Help document baesh events and user experiences.
Learn and Grow:
- Pick up copywriting filming skills hashtag strategy and social media best practices as you go.
- Try out new content formats and creative ideas.
Minimal experience is totally finejust bring your creativity and willingness to learn!
Requirements
- Berlin-based: You know the culture the vibes and the events that matter.
- Eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable being on camera (e.g. recording some talking head videos)
- Basic smartphone photography/video skills (iPhone sufficient).
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
