Job Description
- Develop and implement engaging Hindi language lesson plans.
- Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate various learning styles.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students proficiency in Hindi.
- Incorporate modern technology and multimedia resources in classroom instruction.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage and motivate students to participate actively in classroom activities.

- Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.
- Bachelors degree in Hindi or related field.
- Education degree or diploma in teaching.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the secondary level.
- Proficiency in the Hindi language (reading writing speaking).
- Strong knowledge of Hindi literature and grammar.
- Familiarity with various educational technologies and software.
- Effective classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong commitment to student development and learning.
- Understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity towards diverse student backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
