Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales : Proactively generate leads through cold calls emails and other outreach methods. You ll drive sales by identifying opportunities and converting prospects into customers.
- Tele calling Excellence: Engage with prospective clients and follow up on warm leads to assess their needs qualify them and pitch relevant solutions in a professional and persuasive manner.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities maintain accurate records and monitor progress throughout the sales pipeline. Ensure follow-ups are timely and client communications are logged correctly.
- Sales Growth & Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Build a pipeline of qualified leads and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and follow-up strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth of sales and client onboarding processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth retention and satisfaction.
Requirement
- Proven experience in outbound sales tele-calling or telemarketing
- Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities
- Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience in specific industry/sector is a plus
- MBA Prefered
